I cannot believe how fast this thing is.
Are the runway numbers quoted balanced field lengths?
Why does landing distance increase with warmer temps?
I am going to go work harder now in the hopes this becomes single pilot. Wondering the same thing on the TOFL. Suspect it is but I sent an inquiry to Nextant. And maybe higher temps affect braking energy ? Could be an awesome deal but CJ4’s are probably going to tank down to $5. Nice to have a plane that could do 2 legs east to west transcontinental instead of 3.
It is almost certianly BFL. Also you might point out the typo in their marketing presentation.

Part 25 - require BFL Part 23 - does not Some Part 23 jets like Citations use Part 25 BFL.

Higher ground speed increases landing distance. Well you got me on that one Clint. Of course I knew higher density altitude meant higher less performance but I didn’t realize it meant signicant higher ground speeds. Good to know. Thanks

To say it another way - landing ref speeds are all indicated airspeeds. True airspeeds increase with density altitude. Landing speed relative to runway increases.

10 degrees C changed TAS 1 knot. Rule of thumb 1kt fast on Vref = 100 ft more landing distance. That about agrees with the table at SL.

Cool. Thanks Allen. Hard to forget that.
