My buddy found a miracle mechanic. It was a FOD event; no wheel damage. The manual clearly says NDT is NOT required part 91; only a visual inspection. 3 hours of labor and he's back in business except......now the right starter/gen has failed! Plane is in a hangar waiting for the part.
