I love that big baggage door. Mod or was this a military bird?

I have flown Jim Fassino's and Richard Pulley's airplanes from the right seat. They are nothing short of amazing. One of these days, I hope to be skilled enough and fortunate own one. They are amazing birds.

The military version of the 195 is the LC 126. It was designed to carry two patients on stretchers, hence the BIG door. It also has a very extended baggage compartment. I purchased a wrecked LC 126 and incorporated all the nice features (baggage door, sea plane fixtures, emergency exit, long range 100 gallon fuel tanks, into the rebuild of my airframe.

I just heard a rumor that a 195 Flyin is scheduled in my hometown this year in September.
