My new to me 1981 P210N has boots which are in great condition. I want to keep them that way. What "stuff" is recommended to keep them in good condition and how often to apply? Thanks.

I use PBS boot prep and sealant.

I try to apply right before the icing season, about once a year.

When I sold my Aztec, which last had boots put on it more than 15 years ago, the buyer commented in what good shape they were. Hopefully my Baron's cleans up as well.

However the best way to keep you boots in good condition is a hangar.

I used about everything over the past 10 years on the Baron. I am convinced the Boot care kit from sportys is the easiest to use at least as good as anything else on the market. It is $59 and will keep your boots looking like new for a year. It comes as a Boot Prep (cleaner/remover) and sealer. I have BF Goodrich Boots and of course they recommend BF Goodrich Boot sealer, yet I find it the least user friendly and not as shiny or long lasting.

Thanks for the lead. I'm pretty much convinced at least for the sealer, I'm putting floor wax on my boots. Once my PBS runs out I'll give this a try.

How often do you clean and seal?

so far PBS has been my go to. Put it on at least once a quarter, but I'm in ice a fair bit.
Have not tried Sporty's stuff. Will order and try

It is done at annual which is in May and I do it myself or at least do a touch up in Oct-Nov time permitting. My boots always set the aircraft off as far as cosmetics.
