My Lancair pissed out 3 quarts out the bottom coming home from Arizona. I thought I needed a top overhaul on my 185 hour motor until I found this rag clogging my oil air separator! Basically blocked the return line and pressurized the case blowing the oil out. Yikes

Something I never in a million years thought to check or could happen.

Someone was 'smart', protected the engine from mud daubers but forgoot to take the rag out.
