How long until they get eaten by a bigger aerospace outfit ? Who would be the likely candidates ? Does Sikorsky still own a chunk of Eclipse? If so, any idea what the sale might do to that relationship? RAS

Didn't that get shot down by the board ? All I remember was a distribution and support agreement.

Sikorsky just got a big contract for more MH60 Pave Hawks, and more "slick" UH-60's. I have heard that Textron, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Airbus would be the most likely contenders.

Best, Rich Not to quote my own post, but apparently it did: "Leidos announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Lockheed Martin to combine with its realigned Information Systems & Global Solutions business (IS&GS) in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction. Read more at: ▪ Lockheed Martin Press Release ▪ Leidos Press Release Will Flight Service change in any way due to Leidos combining with Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems & Global Solutions Business (IS&GS)? No. There will be no changes to the look and feel of the Pilot Web or Phone/Radio services. You will see references to Lockheed Martin go away and be replaced with Leidos as this agreement is definitized." Best, Rich
