The Short fuselage and wing gives poor SE and Twin engine performance. They do not fly and handle like the B and C models This is the short list. If you want and like them go buy one. All aviation is good. Cessna have done a pretty good job over the years. If the budget works it's ok. Andrew

If old and tired you could get one for free and it may not be a bargain A well kept one is not a bad way to get around. The example presented may be an affordable but if it lunches an engine it may cost the purchase price of the airplane to replace one engine.
When looking at any aircraft consider what a current equivalent production aircraft would cost, tough on this model but, assume 1.5 million. Then understand that regardless the purchase price, you will be maintaining a 1.5M piece of equipment. Easy to buy, not so easy to maintain to A1 condition. These airplanes can and do kill people if not maintained to a high standard.
