Does anyone have a service manual they could email me for this? My Dad has a '98 model and I need to set up his fuel flow. Lycoming says 'set to manufacturers specifications'....geeezzzz. His TO power TIT is too high and his mixture at idle is too lean.

The plane has a Bendix RSA Fuel Servo. If the controls are hitting their stops the only adjustments available is to idle mixture and speed. Tweaking mid range and full power flows are adjusted by shimming of fuel air diaphragms on a flow bench.

There is an adjustment on the fuel pump, if pump pressure is to low, it can lead to issues at altitude. Unlike the Continental system, the Bendix servo will run normally at a wide range of input fuel pressure as it modulates fuel differently.

So it is set up much like my 58P? I see the adjustment on the fuel pump but I can't find any reference to setting it in the Piper manual. Maybe there is a lycoming document I should be looking at. His full throttle TIT is 1450 ish and I would like to get that down.
