So I got an email from this outfit....

For 1/4 share of PC-12, $9,500 monthly and about $850 hourly.

For 1/4 of Phenom 300, $13,000 monthly and $1,800 hourly.

Me thinks it's a little too good to be true?

They list purchase price of the PC-12 at 875K and the Phenom 300 at 1.97M. That doesn't really seem right.

Doesn't seem amazingly great. Could probably own them outright yourself for a fair bit less, depending on your assumptions about cost of capital.

This is what you would pay for a 1/4 share of the airplane.

Pre-Owned Phenom 300

Purchase Price: $1,975,000
Monthly Fixed Costs: $13,155
Hourly Variable: $816
Fuel: Billed at actual cost approx $1,010 / Hr

So basically, you pay $2M for your 25% share, monthly management fee of $13k and $1800 per hour to fly.
