Looks like the profile of the Mustang, especially the cockpit windows.

They did do an experiment with a Mustang fuselage with a PT6 up front.

There is a lot of cost to develop a new cabin cross section. Affects windows, doors, frame, jigs, tools, calculations, etc. So using the existing Mustang cross section makes a lot of sense.
