It can be a convertible. But I imagine that there's gonna be a bit of a buffet at Mach 2.

I saw the bird fly around 2002. At the same time he had a F100D. There was no comparison between the Draken and the Hun the Saab had it all over the North American in fit & finish.
The Hun needed a GPU + a start cart and at least 3 or 4 minions to get the thing going where the Saab was all self contained. The pilot hits the start button and a chemical charge is injected into the engine and with in 3 seconds the engine is at idle power!
