Robert There are a major differences between entrepreneurs and managers. Usually, a good entrepreneur makes a terrible manager and does not want anything to do with it and vice versa. Day to day tedious details of running my companies, I have little desire to know and that much less the desire to get involved in. That's what managers are for. I make a terrible one, I get annoyed way too quickly.

Robert It's not "1 employee". It's "1 more employee". Why get an old Falcon when I can get a single pilot CJ3 or Phenom 300? If I'm doing 2 pilots it's for a Challenger.

Your hangar buddy with the jet is definitely not managing his crew right. When I flew for other people, they called me, I went. Simple as that. I have a manager that works me that is also a pilot. He goes with me. He smiles the entire time.
