If you retract the flaps and do not get a green light at 0% pull the flap circuit breaker and have aircraft repaired.

If the green light does not come on chances are REAL good that the flap motor is still running. It will run for the entire flight and never pop the circuit breaker.

Had one in the shop last week that did just that.

Have to cycle flap selector several times before flaps responded, also had an ALT 1 light on until rpms were at 1800.

I confess I never look for the light - just at the position (of flaps).
