The original one had a 45 minute range. This is 1 hour with a 15 minute "reserve" battery (whatever that means).

A neat concept but still not enough endurance to be useful. The required energy density in airplanes makes them poor candidates for electric propulsion.

I noticed they did say the cruising speed. Could it be less then a 100KTS? It's not just how long you can stay in the air but also how far you can travel!
