They are the big dog when it comes to FBO parts supply. They often have good deals on parts that the big FBOs and big dealers need. Cessna has the financing to keep that stuff in stock and can drop ship it to an end user paying the FBO a "commission". But, there are other suppliers out there. Cessna is probably testing to see if the NASCAR thing helps them close some deals that would go elsewhere. Alan Bradley
