I have a 3 acre lot for sale in Jasper, GA. The gated community is a 10 minute drive to the Jasper airport. The Preserve at Sharp Mountain, located in the North Georgia mountains, has pavilions, gazebos, ponds, and hiking trails throughout the subdivision to enjoy the outdoors. Due to work considerations, we have decided to move to the Nashville area, and won’t be building on the lot. The Jasper airport (KJZP) has future plans of expanding, and in the past has done land leases for hangars. Asking $70,000.
