Correction: This is a 243 Winchester JK Cloward built this about 35 years ago. It is unfired. My neighbor is a FFL so he can ship it and do all the legal things. The scope is a Leopold 3.5-20 glossy No dings, scratches, mars, dents,........just perfect, like new $4,000 +shipping.........I've been on BeechTalk forever.......Typed in 4 jets I know "everybody" wants a black rifle now, but walnut on blue is just pure beauty! I absolutely love the 6mm Remington! But it’s pretty much a reloading proposition today. Stunning rifle.

Good info on factory loaded ammo! Thanks. It’s a better cartridge than the .243 Winchester, but Remington botched the introduction, alowing Winchester to win that race.

Someone’s going to get a special firearm. Thanks, Tom. I "think" the scope alone is worth.....at least.....$500. Probably more. Leupold no longer even makes a "glossy" scope.

Yep. It’s not a crazy asking price. I love the excellent work on that great piece of wood!

That is a gorgeous rifle and an amazing history lesson. If I add another to my collection SWMBO is going to make me, and my gun safe, live elsewhere. GLWTS
