A long time friend of mine is looking to downsize and has his farm up for sale just down the road from me. Located in Bell Buckle TN, 10 min from Shelbyville, 20 from Murfreesboro, 30 from Tullahoma and about an hour from Downtown Nashville. (driving time of course) Absolutely gorgeous rolling hills. 3 Bed 4 Bath very nice house I've spent a great deal of time here. ~2000ft strip and hangar. He flew his 180 in and out for more years than I can count. Feel free to PM me if you want to get in touch outside the realtors. Nothing in it for me, other than I'd love to see him sell it to someone who will use the strip and not just put some cows on it and I always prefer cool neighbors. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/521- ... 5309_zpid/

Is this where Ted Nickson live? The DC3 "Flagship Detroit" is at KSYI during the summer. Which is ~3 miles south of this property. And nope I don't know a Ted Nixon

Beautiful place, wish it was in our price range. We are right down the road in Manchester and keep our Baron at RNC.

I know this place. I've worked on the 180 you speak of and delivered it to this strip back in 2005. I wish I could get my wife to enjoy country living.
