T hangar at Oakland Intl Airport: $58,000 Ground lease is about $260/mo 'Property' taxes are about $200/yr
New springs, pulleys, cables, wheels, etc. were installed last year for $4k.
two bifold (laterally) doors and 1 center swing up door. Fits a 182, Mooney, Columbia 3/400, etc.
Comes with Powertow gas tug ARV $3500.
You are allowed to rent or sublet per airport lease.

That looks like the same Port-A-Port that I have and if so it fits most light twins too. I currently have a 310Q in mine and have had a B55 Baron and P337 in it in the past. The 310R won't fit due to the longer nose, though. You can verify your dimensions with this: https://portaportparts.com/executive_1/
