For sale is my house with a hangar located at DE25, a fly in community in Milton, Delaware. Eagle Crest has a 3500' lighted grass strip with 100LL avgas and is close to the Delaware beaches. The house is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath with room to add 2 more bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms on the third floor, which is currently used for storage. The hangar has a 40' wide bifold door and is big enough for singles and small twins. The house was just completely renovated with new bathrooms, new kitchen, new HVAC system and new paint. Annual HOA dues are only $650 a year. List price is $689,000. https://realestateinrehoboth.com/idx/ml ... n_de_19968Please PM me for more details, pictures, etc. Thank you Edmund Cammack

Yes, the past 3.5 years have been a pain in the neck but with luck, that will end in January. At Least we can reposition to KGED when the TFRs are active. Thanks.
