Nice watch and great that its just been serviced. Mine just got quoted 5-6 months to get serviced (since they have to send them back over the pond).

Well, He got a good deal. The ETA/Valjoux 7750 movement (this model is the 7754) is the top of the line chronograph movement. Solid as they come and Rhodium plated. Nice collector.

Nice collector. Willis, I agree. I like mechanical watches, particularly mechanical watches, and got my first Breitling over 25 years ago. I've always admired the Navitimer. It's a classic. But for whatever reason I've never purchased one. The combination of the condition - and it was exactly how Alan described it - and the price, plus the fact that I have never been disappointed by a transaction with a fellow pilot here on BT made it an easy decision. I have been out of town for 3 weeks but it was in a carefully wrapped box when I got home. I wound it, set the date and time, and have been wearing it all day today. It's a very nice watch.
