Due to a new to me 4x4 Toyota Truck purchase for daily driver/renovation duty in KATW, I am putting up for sale my excellent condition 2003 BMW 330Xi AWD Sedan that I have owned and maintained since mid-2009 @ 81K miles and now with ~145K miles. Something in the fleet has to go

Since my ownership the oils used have been AMSOIL 10W-40 full synthetic and in recent years Shell Rotella T6 5W-40. Amsoil differential synthetic fluids have also been installed. The engine consumes no oil around town or in my 1,200 mile trips between Texas and Wisconsin.

The classic Oil Filter Housing gasket leak has been eliminated with a new gasket replaced a couple years ago.

The vehicle has always been driven maturely by me (no AWD burnouts on my watch).

It currently delivers 22mpg in combined freeway jaunts up and down I35E @ ~80mph with city traffic driving. Open road highway driving will yield about 26-28mpg

The car is maintained to a standard such that at any moment it is ready and reliably capable of making the 1200 mile trip between Texas and Wisconsin.

The car features a Windows CE infotainment system (which replaced the factory Nav/Head Unit system) w/backup camera & integrated TPMS Monitoring, Internal GPS Maps as well as all new upgraded speakers at every factory position as well as a modest subwoofer mounted to the underside of the rear deck for additional low end punch.

Another modification done by me is the addition of a heated steering wheel (nearly essential in Wisconsin winters), a retrofitted OEM BMW steering wheel. The E46 Series was never fitted from the factory with a heated steering wheel.

Additional Features:

Professionally Painted in 2011 after Hail Damage (No PDR for me)
Heated Front Seats
New Tires
New Brakes with Drilled and Slotted Rotors
Recent AC Service (to survive the recent >100° Texas blast furnace)
Full Documented Logbook of all maintenance (File too big to post-See link below)
Bilstein Shocks
Performance Springs (1" lower than OEM AWD Stock Springs)
Front and Rear Shock Tower Braces
2007 BMW 3-Series E90 17" Wheels (the 18" wheels shown in one of the pictures will not be sold with the car-they rub the rear wheel wells)
2nd set of original E46 wheels with Blizzak Tires are available in KATW
Fuel Vent Solenoid Valve Occasionally trips the SES light
LED Bulbs Throughout (High Beams, Fog, Tail & Parking Lights)
Factory OEM Xenon Projector Headlights
Transmission Pan Heater
Engine Heater
On-Board Battery Maintainer
Two OEM Key Fobs and One Plastic Wallet key
Original OEM Owners Manual
OE Harmon Kardon Sound System (All speakers replaced/upgraded)
DOT 5.1 Synthetic Brake Fluid
Complete Factory Trunk Tool Kit
Factory Homelink Door Opener Module
Clean Texas Title

I'll have pics of the interior soon but it's fair to say the rear leather seats are pristine and the front leather seats are in very good condition with no rips or tears. German leather of this vintage was very durable.

You can definitely buy a model like this for less but you're unlikely to find one at those low prices that are as well cared for and documented as this one.

Preference will be given to a buyer who appreciates the Brand and model with an intention to care for the vehicle in a similar way as I have.

Asking $11,500 and will consider reasonable offers from prospective buyers who can demonstrate that they meet the above criteria.

Car is currently located at KDTO (Denton, TX).

Additional pics.

PS: The door panels and windows will be cleaned for inspections. It's just too damn hot @ 106° in the hangar to do anything! Also the TPMS was updating so the tire temps are from a while back.

Mike
