This is a pretty rare boat and is as nice as you will find. My friend bought it new in 1997 and I bought it from him. This boat is 100% original inside and out and is a solid "9". It has a factory installed 315HP MPI Mercruiser that runs perfect.
I just serviced the boat, installed a new water pump impeller, and a professional ceramic coat on the paint along with interior detail. The color is Hot Latana Pink. This boat sounds great and gets a lot of looks.
This is a freshwater boat with less than 200 hours. Has been under cover in the summer and inside a heated garage in the winter Comes with the original trailer. Have title in hand for the boat and trailer.
Price is firm at $18,900. Will take Bitcoin/gold/silver as well as cash. Located in Auburn, IN 46706

I'll just say this and get it out of the way, Do the legs come with the boat?

Ha! I was going to ask if the woman was going to be removed before the sale because I can afford another boat, but not if it comes with another wife!

That is a sweet boat in a nice part of the country. I grew up just a few miles west of Lake Freeman in Monticello. This is a very dedicated ride for skiing but so fun. I have a Supra, but if I didn’t, I’d be calling you.

As I don't ski and my kids have grown up I enjoy mostly just idling through the channels drinking a beer and listening to the fuel injected engine lope along. I love how low it sits in the water. It is fun to leave the channel and absolutely smoke anything on the water up to 60 MPH in a drag race. There are better boats for wakeboarding or to offer more seats to passengers. This boat is perfect for 4 or less. For under $20k there isn't much out there that compares.

Do the barefoot racers like these? 60 mph GPS verified would be the ticket for the buckethead races on the maumee river in ohio. They don't like my 196 nautique because its not fast enough, starts to bury the nose at 40mph and 44 is about all she wrote. My older slant back one would run 47-48 with my holeshot prop and ignoring any recommendations about rpms

There were only 3 made with the 315HP (350 Chevy) Multi Port Mercruiser with 315HP. The rest were 260HP OMC (351 Ford) carbed engines. It is propped high enough that it idles at roughly 5 MPH which is pretty fast and yet it has a top speed of 63 MPH verified by GPS. I can't imagine how much quicker it would be with a lower pitched prop. In the late 1990s wakeboard boats were the craze and ski boats were on the way out. This boat is more like the old Correct Craft or Master Craft ski boats, but it is much lighter weight and much faster.

I can about see the midwest correct craft building from where i'm sitting and I ski with Ken Meloon every summer. Fantastic family - he's a gentleman's gentleman. His father's Ralph's funeral sure was something, wish I had met him. His brother Ralph Jr is a pilot and wrote a book, pretty funny collection of tales. https://www.amazon.com/Wing-Prayer-Most ... g=btalk-20They sure don't make boats like they used too, yours is sharp and this area sure appreciates them I bet you'll find it a great home soon.

Sold - Thank you!
Super nice guy from Fort Wayne is buying it. Showed up in a Porsche C3 Turbo Convertible. We talked about his other two cars which were a Mclaren and Lamborghini. He thought the boat was really cool and I thought that was interesting since the sales tax on his car cost more than the boat, lol.
