T hangar at Oakland Intl Airport: $58,000
Ground lease is about $260/mo
'Property' taxes are about $200/yr
New springs, pulleys, cables, wheels, etc. were installed last year for $4k.
two bifold (laterally) doors and 1 center swing up door. Fits a 182, Mooney, Columbia 3/400, etc.
Comes with Powertow gas tug ARV $3500.
You are allowed to rent or sublet per airport lease.
