I am selling a niche aviation message board that has been established for six years. We have over 1MM page views. I don't have the time to stay involved with the site. When I was active [only posting for sale items] the site would receive an additional 10K+ page views per month. The site has NO advertisements.
Maintenance is low hosting, $48 dollar a year.
This site has great potential.

The members seem more interested in flying competitions and working on their builds. I made subtle hints in the past but no joy.
