I think that he is spot-on with the price. My purchase of a nearly identical one was in mid-June. Paid $74,500. I drove it 17 miles and parked it. I fell in love with it and could have easily made the decision to keep it, but I would rather piss the money away on aircraft. I didn't want to deal with the BS of a private sale, so I sold it to a Ford dealer that I had previously sold a truck to. They sold it in days for $118K. I made money, they made money and a guy that didn't want to wait for his Ford Lightning has a truck in his garage.
Saying that the price is too high is like saying that the $10 Coors Light at a MLB game is marked up too much... people want what they want and when they want it. Price is a function of the demand and people want their R1T today and not in 2024.
They are seriously cool trucks and it will make someone giddy every time that they smoke a 911 off the line.

Damn, that’s a really nice truck! Not sure why anyone would want to sell such a great new truck? I bought stock in Rivian bc I think they are the best on the market. Unfortunately it’s tanked terribly over the past few months!!! My luck. I should stick to airplanes:)

I was Vegan for part of my life in college and vegetarian. I liked Parmesan Peppercorn and red onions way too much. Then went back to my carnivorous ways.

Vegan leather is actually from the fashion world, so blame them! Rivian and others use the term for their synthetic seat coverings. Add Volvo to the growing list of manufacturers that will soon no longer offer dead cow skins as an option for their interiors.

We raise cows for consumption, but we rather throw away the hide rather then use it. Makes perfect sense. By The Way... when was the last time a cow was killed for its hide? Woke people... And the worse about the whole movement is that COWS ARE VEGAN... so vegan leather is LEATHER
