Looking for a later J100 or early/mid J200 model Land Cruiser or Lexus LX. Willing to travel - sub 100K miles preferred but may look at mid 100s depending on condition. Figured BT'rs would be a good group from which to buy. PM me or text/call 713-502-0650

A few folks have been on looking for them and they are hard to find!
I bought a 2009 off of here 1.5 years ago with 215k miles on it and got a great deal. Everything I have had to do was normal maintenance based upon the vehicle and mileage. It's been up and down the East Coast and has about 243k on it now and it's still chugging. Those V8s and the Toyota transmissions are tough! It's a shame because they discontinued the Toyota Land Cruiser.
The irony is that 2 months ago I was offered $5k over what I paid for it! That was before prices started coming down a few weeks ago. The other side of that is that a new Land Cruiser was priced at $105k starting for an $88k truck and that was before the dealer add-add-ons.

Bob - yes I'm not in a big hurry, I keep an eye on BaT and also here but figured I'd post on here as well since I'm ready to pull the trigger when I find something right.

There is also a "Toyota Land Cruiser Marketplace" group on Facebook that is really active. I've had two 100 series LX470s, great trucks. Looking now for a nice 80 priced within the realm of reason, they are hard to find!

Eric, I gave my son Ryan who lives in So. California your name and number. He is getting a company supplied Tesla, so he will be parting with his 06 (I believe that’s the year) Land Cruiser. He should be reaching out to you.

i’m a Toyota retiree and currently lease a 2020 land cruiser. i’m turning it in around the end of the year. wife’s car. only has about 20,000 miles on it. she lets me drive it sometimes….. somebody is going to get a great vehicle.
local dealers are all calling me to get it when i turn it in, but it goes back to toyota. In the good old days, we could buy them for wholesale. no longer.

Maybe if it had 13 miles and was a museum show piece and had been given to Tiger when he won his first Masters. The insanity is that the new LX600 can be had OTD from some dealers for nearly what used car salespeople are charging for 2021 or 2022 Land Cruisers OTD.
