We are selling our second home in Capitan, NM., mostly furnished. It is located 10 miles from Ruidoso and 14 miles from KSRR (have to drive around the mountains). It is a great retreat that we enjoyed very much over the years. Skiing, shopping, gambling all nearby. Selling because we do not get to use it as much as we used to. Pictures don’t do it justice. Love Capitan, been going to block ranch north of the mountain for pronghorn every year for the past 4 years. Ruidoso is a dream mountain home location for me, just not ready for that yet.
