My father-in-law's dementia has gotten too much for my mother-in-law to handle and so we have moved them in with us. In doing so, we have had to downsize a lot of their stuff. What remains will be put in an estate sale next month. However, there are a few things that I am trying to sell directly.
One of them is his Spot 3 messenger tracker. It was bought sometime in the past 5 years and, quite honestly, I don't think he ever used it. I think it was more to keep his wife happy while he wandered back roads "hunting". Using his cell phone was confusing enough back then, so I doubt he even turned it on.
I put in new batteries, turned in on and got apparently happy blinking lights. But as there is no current subscription for it, I cannot confirm definitively that its doing what it should.
Selling it for $150. Amazon is still selling them for $230. No manuals or cables. I will pay shipping in CONUS.

Hmmm, crickets.
OK, any takers at $100 and you pay the shipping?

Not a lick of interest.
Fugitaboutit. No longer worth the effort to try to sell. I'm lobbing it into the the pile of other stuff for the estate sale.
