Neighbor is selling his large home with a detached 5000’ hanger at the airpark we live at . MLS 21130471. We love it here and just wanted to put it out there. We’re a 25 minute drive north of KPDX.

not me, but I'd love to move to an airpark in Oregon.

I would have taken that one over almost any in Oregon.
Personally, the only one in Oregon I'd take over that would be Sunriver. A small subset of the homes have hangars and taxiways to the airport.

We’ve been here 4 years. 26 homes each averaging 2 1/2 acres around a 2100’ paved runway, grass strip parallels it. The majority of folks own aircraft and are active flyers. It’s a spectacular place to fly out of and we couldn’t ask for better neighbors!
