Great car! I remember reading an article one of the car mags wrote when the CTS-V wagon was launched. They were amazed that GM built a Hot rod Cadillac wagon with a 6-speed manual transmission and said incredulously to the GM engineers, “but you’re only going to be able to sell seventeen of those.” To which they responded, “you think as many as that?” Definitely a cult car. I’d love one!

It's hard to believe that we used to actually own cars like that.
really, what's the difference between that or a ford excursion or toyota sequoi ? The roads are still filled with monster vehicles mostly hauling 1 or 2 people, just like the 1960's.
I had a set of horns for the front of my Eldo hanging on the wall of my garage in California, but they were dislodged during a 'quake (Whittier Narrows, '87) and broken. Have never bought new ones for my '76... but I will.
By the way - I'll admit the horns I had were pretty big, but had I placed them next to yours, I'd have gotten horn-envy.

These horns are a bit too wide, they are a few inches wider than the fenders. You have to be careful to not hook people when you turn.
Sold my 77 Caddy and 71 Imperial last year. Loads of room inside those cars. Horrible cornering, but they sure were a smooth ride. We never needed a ski rack, my 195 cm skis would fit in the trunk!
