Not too long ago you had a new GTX345 D (diversity) posted for sale. I looked to find your FS post last night to see if you sold it as I was interested in talking to you about it. It was there last night but today its gone! Today, since that listing is gone, you are posting another GTX345 R for sale! Did you sell the GTX345 D or stop posting it FS because no one showed an interest?

You are not listed, and maybe I'm wrong, as a registered Garming dealer! You have been offering a lot of new Garmin units here on BT at fair price reduction levels. I've researched most of the new equipment you are offering here on BT and it originates from some contact you may have in the UK. Don't get my post wrong, I'm not accusing you of any wrong doing, I just want to understand where I would stand in the Garmin's support world. If I purchased anything from you what backing or support can I expect from Garmin.

You are correct, we are dealers for many different manufacturers, but Garmin isn't one of them yet. We source our equipment from so many different vendors, but none of them are in the UK. The 345D is still for sale and the thread is active in the aviation-other category. If you have interest in it, please PM me. Thanks!

I believe that Garmin warranties the products and not the dealers. Regardless of where you have your unit installed, a dealer, a homebuilt you built yourself, etc, you can take your Garmin box to any dealer to send it in for work under warranty if the time has not elapsed.

You do not even have to take the aircraft to the dealer. The end user is authorized to remove the avionics device, drop it at a dealer, and have it sent to factory for repair/update. Whether that box can be re-installed by the end used is FAR regulatory.
