I'm replacing the original cylinders from my IO-550B (Platinum Edition) at annual. They are first run with 700 hours on them. One is 32/80 with exhaust valve leakage, two are 54/80 with mild exhaust valve leakage and the other three are 62-72/80 with no valve leakage. These are still on the plane and it was flying until 4 days ago. I've successfully lapped several in place over the past few years but am tired of fiddling with them and am going to install a set of new millenniums. These are "stud assemblies" and include the cylinders, pistons, rings, valves & springs, rocker shafts, valve covers and screws. NO PISTON PINS OR ROCKER ARMS. Asking $200 each (or $1,000 for all six) plus shipping (estimated at about $40 each in the Factory boxes the Millenniums arrived in). Pick them up at KLHW (near Savannah, GA) and avoid shipping.
