Hi everyone,

Nice insulated and heated hangar at the Burlington, Wisconsin airport (KBUU).

50 X 50 feet with a 10' foot door height.
Wilson Bi-Fold door.
It is a nice setup with straightforward land-lease with the airport; utilities (gas and electric) work out to approx. $100/month.
The hangar is not set up for running water, and does not feature an office build-out.
