This has narrow deck cylinders on it. It's one of very few that was a wide deck converted to narrow deck by Lycoming during the transition to wide deck cases years ago. Not sure if it can be converted back to wide deck. I called Lycoming help desk a few years ago and they stated they still have their blueprints of the change. The original owner maintained it to 135 specs (corporate owner) I guess when they sent engine to Lycoming it may have needed a case and Lycoming didn't have any narrow deck cases in stock so they (Lycoming) modified a new wide deck in order to reman the engine. Now all you can get from Lycoming is wide decks.

O-360 Narrow deck engines are popular on Experimentals.
