Good move going back to the "Big Boy" old school starter.

IMHO: Because the Big Boy armature turns so freely in both directions, they are the kindest to the starter adapter spring unwinding after the engine has started.

I carry an original Sky-Tec in my AOG box to get me home to my Big Boy spare.
