The RedBird TD 1000 is an FAA approved Basic Aircraft Traing Device (BATD)It represents a generic high-wing single engine piston powered aircraft. Used occasionally. Software has not been updated since I purchased it 6-7 years ago. Everything functions appropriately. Included are Precision Flight Controls' aluminum base/metal construction rudder pedals and the motorized table (moves vertically to adjust height) it sits on. It does come with 2 instruction manuals and a leg to stablize the back of unit on a different table used (see picture with bungee cords in back of unit).
$5000.00 Local pick up preferred; if purchaser wants it shipped, he/she must have it packed, insured and shipped at their expense. Unit weighs ~60-70 lbs, table ~40-50 lbs, rudder pedals ~5 lbs (all guesses).

Would love to have that in the home office. I use a couple different ones at flight schools around for IFR currency. So convenient. GLWS
