Summer is coming (it's already here in Phoenix)! 24 Volt unit with 2 remotes (which have new batteries). First $299 takes it (+ shipping). It's $429 new on-line + shipping. If you are in the Phoenix area, I'm happy to meet you somewhere convenient.
