SwitcheOn will be instituting a price increase on October 1, 2024. The regular price for a Two Channel box is $249 but it will be increasing to $299. The regular price for a Four Channel box is $379 but will be increasing to $399 on October 1st.

SwitcheOn is a cellular controllable switching device that you can remotely control with your smartphone to turn on and off engine preheaters, cabin preheaters, etc. SwitcheOn was invented by BT brother Sean Mollet and has been widely popular these past several years. It is easy to use and you no longer have to drive out to the airport the night before to plug in your engine heater.

I just got one and find it very handy. I didn't realize it had a temp sensor, so I can see my hangar temp anytime now.

Had one for about for almost 5 years now since my 2G unit got bricked. Simply put, it just works!

Last February, I came back from a flight and plugged the plane back in. I’d forgotten to switch the SwitcheOn off and when I plugged in the ceramic heater I was using for cabin preheat, I heard a pop and the SwitcheOn was dead. Turns out, the heater cord had developed a short from flexing over the years (it’s not used anymore for preheating). So I emailed Switcheon asking if there was an internal fuse I’d blown and where I could find it. Within an hour, Jake replied “For insurance purposes they’re not user serviceable but we fix em for free.”

I shipped it back to Kansas with a note mentioning that the display was getting a little faint also. I got the unit back in a week, with a new display. Happy customer! Highly recommended.

Oh, and I’ve had good service from James as well. Even if he is a Buckeye fan

I just shipped out a 2 Channel SwitcheOn along with a Tanis cabin heater.

I have seen several of these in hangars. This and the Docking Drawer power outlet are super cool! My cousin and her husband are builders and I bought one for them for Christmas.
