Whats the difference between the xm 69A and the sirius model?

There are a few other differences that are explained on the XM website. A big factor in my upgrade decision was that I came across a SXM unit at a significantly lower price than I'd seen before but it still is costing way more than twice what I'm selling this one for. Unfortunately Sirius XM doesn't publish a comparison between the two but here they are individually.
