Just listed a Part 61 Flight School in Colorado, steady revenue and hours growth, in business well over 10 years, profitable, but should be more so. Revenues on track to approach $1.8M for 2024. Any additional info will require an NDA.
Since price is required here I'll put one, but we generally don't price businesses. If you can swing the price shown, you can make it happen, but offers will most likely be less than this amount.
$1.6M

Where's the location? Denver metro area, high county, eastern plains?

Bob -
How do you get to the $1.6mm figure? Is it a multiple of earnings? Value of assets? What's the logic?
I'm not arguing whether this is or is not an appropriate price - I'm simply curious about the pricing process.
Thanks,
Zeke
