Is the refinish process just paint or is there more needed? I have a 1971 E55 Baron, wiil it fit?

Thanks, Gary Hard to come by. I have a white large rams horn, what are then worth ? The Rams horns are 200 to 600 depending on condition , The adapter to fit a large Rams horn , is about 325.00

Seems like there should be one of these for every airplane that came with one. Where in heck did they all go? I wish I had the one that came with my airplane.
