I'm cleaning out the hangar and have 3 IO-520 cylinders off a Factory Reman IO-520-CB engine (E55 Baron). The valves need lapping but at the time I just bought new Millennium cylinders instead of waiting. The cylinders could easily be overhauled or just used as core if you don't care to keep them. I'll take $100 + shipping costs for each.
No corrosion that I can remember were on them when removed. If interest is there I can take some pictures soon and post them.

I'd have to look at the books again but less than 1000hrs. Only one of them was leaking on the exhaust valve but the other two were getting lower (around 50-60) so we pulled 1-3-5 and put new on.

I agree they were not required to be pulled other than the 1 but we did made the other 2 easily accessible. It was parts only as my partner is an A/P and I wanted to learn.
