Hi Bill
Watson Aero in Louisville is not me. My company is Watson Aerospace Ltd and based in the UK, I guess it's one of the pitfalls of having a common last name!
All of the avionics I currently have for sale on BT are removed from a PA46 G1000 Nxi that ran off the runway and had the left landing gear fold. The aircraft was less than a year old and had 27 flight hours from new. I do a lot of contract avionics work for 2 Garmin dealers in the UK so getting units tested, repaired or exchanged is no issue for me.
If you're interested I can provide more pictures, the sticker in the foreground is my company logo, placed there to try and dissuade scammers from reusing the images.
