Received Conditional approval for "Basic" operation with up to 5 pilots and 3 types of aircraft. S/E, M/E and Heli approved. (Aircraft not included). GOM and training manuals have been approved. Bring your aircraft, get through conformity, and your Part 119 management personnel and you are fully operational within 15-30 days! May consider aircraft trades in exchange. Contact if serious about owning/operating a 135 and ready to buy. Asking $275k. Open to offers.

When I did my 135 paperwork years ago I spent nearly 2 years on it and the aircraft making it perfect. Then I sold the plane and certificate. It’s a lot of work and I would have loved to have just bought the LLC and paperwork.

It’s a freshly overhauled certificate. I built it from a previously approved single pilot certificate I obtained from a guy who sold his Saratoga and had no use for it. I had (have?) the intention of putting several aircraft on it for different missions, to include m/e fixed wing as well as helicopters. I have approved training programs for all three aircraft types. My GOM also provisions for them. The previous owner didn’t do much with it, especially in the last few months/years before getting out of it. So it’s really a clean slate for a fresh start to someone who has a dream to build and operate an on demand airline (cargo and passengers). If it doesn’t sell or trade, I’ll likely put it to work as I intended to do when I originally obtained it. I’ve got a few leads for some niche markets as well as potential government contract work. It’s the aircraft that are the large assets I don’t currently have available to me…but I’m working on that too. In truth, this certificate is probably better off in the hands of someone who has a passion for its intended use, as opposed to the side gig I would use it for.
