I have two hangars for sale at KPWA - Wiley Post in Oklahoma City.
The first is a 60x60 box hangar with a 55x13 Schweiss bifold door. It is insulated, gas infrared heated, has a Big Ass Fan, epoxy coated floor, small heated and air conditioned office with bathroom which includes a shower. It also has newly installed LED lighting. The hangar comes with a row of NewAge storage cabinets, work bench and shelving.
Price is below replacement cost at $300,000.
I also have a large Twin Sized T hangar (I believe the doors are 45x12). This hangar is insulated, has new LED lighting, new 10 foot high metal wainscotting, and a newly installed epoxy coated floor. The hangar is plumbed for water and sewer and is adjacent to the gas pumps where the association has the least expensive Avgas in the area. I spent about $4,000 having the doors sealed. Your airplane won't get dirty!
The price for this hangar is $55,000 but its the nicest T hangar on the field.
I would like to sell them but I don't need to. They are worth what I'm asking and I'm not at all negotiable.
Thanks.

I pay $886.16/month for the box and $262.02 for the T hangar in monthly dues to the condo corporation. This includes maintenance, insurance, line service, my share of the ground lease, etc. The current lease with the city has eleven or twelve years left. An extension is being discussed between the parties. I expect it will be renewed in the next year or two.
