One cylinder is at 1,300 psi, the other is at 1,700 psi. The attached transfiller rig is not included - just the two cylinders. The test date is 8/2016.
These were originally obtained through Thoroughbred Industrial Cylinder Exchange at Home Depot. They sell (full) for $459/each and you can exchange them for a full cylinder (i.e., contents only) for $55/each. Other locations around here include Tractor Supply and Northern Tools.
