I had them removed when I installed a new engine in my V-35. It really helped keep the #6 cylinder cooler on my IO-520. Talked to GAMI and they’ll charge $100 for the STC to use them. If you already have the #2 cylinder cooling kit ($699) the STC covers it. GAMI sells this for $299 which includes the STC.
Sold.
