You could fill the back of a pickup truck with used aviation items I have thrown in the dumpster that would have brought $150.00. I have a shelf full now that, when I get around to it, will be going that way as well. At least four passive headsets.
I have better uses of my time.

Going thru the effort of photographing and posting stuff for sale is easy, but it does take time. Then, you gotta box and ship, which takes more time.
I took way too long before I posted what I'd removed, but priced it to go quickly.
Ultimately, though, it's worth it to me because someone will (hopefully) use it to keep something flying.
I don't know if it was the OP or a relative (same last name) who was selling a Beech floating panel. I sent what I thought was a gentlemanly PM saying the SRS version (which I'd bought recently, so I was no longer in the market) was a lower price. A reprice might get it to move.
I was informed that the Beech version was superior and he would throw is away before selling for less.
I don't agree with this sort of thinking, but I believe the OP and his relative to be competent aviators and businessmen based on what they have flown and restored (casual observation of mine just from here on BT).
To each their own. I don't like to see stuff like that happen, but I think the OP and us dissenters are both pretty dug into their positions and beliefs on this one.
