Hey Scott, This belonged to Ted Beckwith when built. Are they still the current owners? It's been awhile since I've been down there.

Yes Ted and Bev are moving closer to family. They’re doing great! Such nice people! I know they will be missed, they’ve had a big impact on aviation over the years. How do you know them?

The first time I went to Tullahoma, in 2003, with the NE Bonanza Group, Ted and Bev welcomed us for brunch on Saturday. I remember thinking how cozy of a big home it was, and how great the views were looking at the plane traffic.

It really is! I love this airpark too. To be able to land at night in IFR conditions (GPS approaches to THA) and taxi up to your home... Or have fuel, maintenance, FBO services... But best of all the aviation community. Not much beats the Beechparty crowd each year, fly in parties, and recreational flying!

I grew up in Tullahoma, one of my first jobs was working line. I remember when Ted retired from Delta and built the house. My other job at the time was working with a survey company. John Stubbs was the developer of the airpark and most of the lot pins we're driven in by me with a 5 lb sledgehammer. I wish them well and next time you talk to them tell them Corey says hi.

https://go.realtracs.com/0oKgF8pNew Price! $1,235,000!
Sellers are getting closer to their home in FL being ready so we are dropping the price $65,000 It's hard to find all these amenities for a fly in community that isn't over grown. Small community feel with none of the drama of larger HOAs, in one of the best states in the country!
